The event is in collaboration with The Boys and Girls Club of Brownsville and Motor City STEAM. The Boys and Girls Club will be hosting approximately 150 students with the presence of some parents and teachers to execute a two-day workshop led by Motor City STEAM. They will teach West Tennessee students about careers in the field of science and lead hands-on workshops where students complete various science experiments. There is an opportunity for volunteers (21 and up) to support this event. If you are a teacher in the West TN area, we also encourage you to volunteer to become aware of what's being taught to the students and identify ways to tie your involvement with the STEAM workshop back into your classroom.
