Who We Are
Northwest Tennessee Economic Development Council, is a private, non-profit community action agency gaining its charter from the Tennessee State Legislature in 1965. Our programs help low income families across Northwest Tennessee with the following programs; Headstart/Early Head Start, CSBG, LIHEAP and TEFAP.

Helping people and changing lives in our community through education, partnership, and delivery of quality services in Northwest Tennessee.
